Following quarterly OECD meetings on 29-30 June, the risk classification for 25 countries in the regions of Americas, as well as two multilateral institutions (Central American Bank for Economic Integration and the Corporación Andina de Fomento) were reviewed.

Uruguay was upgraded as follows from 4 to 3.
