Recent Country Risk Changes

Following quarterly OECD meetings on 26-27 October, the risk classifications for countries in sub-Saharan Africa were reviewed.

Of the 44 countries that were reviewed, the following four changes were made:

• Ghana (GHA) was upgraded from Category 6 to 5
• Cape Verde (CPV) was upgraded from Category 6 to 5
• Congo, Rep. (COG) was upgraded from Category 7 to 6
• Madagascar (MDG) was downgraded from Category 6 to 7
