Recent Country Risk Changes

Following quarterly OECD meetings on 26-27 October, the risk classifications for countries in sub-Saharan Africa were reviewed.
Of the 44 countries that were reviewed, the following four changes were made:
- Ghana (GHA) was upgraded from Category 6 to 5
- Cape Verde (CPV) was upgraded from Category 6 to 5
- Congo, Rep. (COG) was upgraded from Category 7 to 6
- Madagascar (MDG) was downgraded from Category 6 to 7
